In its coverage of the Democratic National Convention, the Associated Press reported Wednesday night that Hillary Clinton would be appearing live from her home in … “Chappaquiddick, NY.”

Clinton was, of course, calling in from Chappaqua, NY — the Westchester County town where she and Bill Clinton have lived since 1999.

Chappaquiddick, meanwhile, is memorably the Massachusetts island where Sen. Edward Kennedy drove his car off a bridge in 1969, resulting in the death of his passenger Mary Jo Kopechne.
