        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Rudy Giuliani hired an art-appraisal firm for his divorce battle with ex Judith Nathan &#8212; then stiffed it out of at least $15,000, court papers alleged Friday.</p><p>The former New York City mayor-turned-President Trump lawyer had hired the Miller Gaffney Art Advisory, LLC, on April 12, 2019 &#8220;for the appraisal of fine and decorative art, and personal property at fair market value for equitable distribution purposes for Judith S. Giuliani and Rudolph W. Giuliani,&#8221;&nbsp; according to the Manhattan Supreme Court suit.</p><p>MGAA then sent an invoice to Giuliani&#8217;s divorce lawyer Nov. 6, 2019, and subsequently requested payment from either his lawyer or Giuliani nine more times, to no avail, the suit says.</p><p>&#8220;Giuliani breached the Agreement by failing to pay the invoice issued by MGAA for services rendered pursuant to the Agreement,&#8221; the court documents charge.</p><p>MGAA is seeking at least $15,700 in damages.</p><p>Neither Giuliani nor his divorce lawyer returned requests for comment from The Post.</p><p>In December, Giuliani and Nathan <strong>settled their contentious divorce</strong> — which even included accusations by Judith that Rudy <strong>stole her cherished Christmas decorations</strong> and Rudy claiming she swiped the cable box.</p><p>Judith <strong>filed for divorce in April 2018</strong> following their 15-year marriage. They reportedly have $30 million in property and assets.</p>]]></content:encoded>
