The former New York City mayor-turned-President Trump lawyer had hired the Miller Gaffney Art Advisory, LLC, on April 12, 2019 “for the appraisal of fine and decorative art, and personal property at fair market value for equitable distribution purposes for Judith S. Giuliani and Rudolph W. Giuliani,”  according to the Manhattan Supreme Court suit.

MGAA then sent an invoice to Giuliani’s divorce lawyer Nov. 6, 2019, and subsequently requested payment from either his lawyer or Giuliani nine more times, to no avail, the suit says.

“Giuliani breached the Agreement by failing to pay the invoice issued by MGAA for services rendered pursuant to the Agreement,” the court documents charge.

MGAA is seeking at least $15,700 in damages.

Neither Giuliani nor his divorce lawyer returned requests for comment from The Post.

In December, Giuliani and Nathan settled their contentious divorce — which even included accusations by Judith that Rudy stole her cherished Christmas decorations and Rudy claiming she swiped the cable box.

Judith filed for divorce in April 2018 following their 15-year marriage. They reportedly have $30 million in property and assets.
