“I absolutely support Bravo’s decision,” Cohen, 51, said during his SiriusXM show on Wednesday. “I think it was the right decision.”

Cohen, who was the vice president of original programming at Bravo from 2004 until 2013, went on to remind people that he is no longer in that position.

“I am not an executive producer of ‘Vanderpump Rules.’ I don’t have anything to do with the show except that I love it and that I host the reunions,” he stated.

Bravo announced on Tuesday that it fired cast members Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, Max Boyens and Brett Caprioni. Schroeder and Doute were accused of racism for calling the police on former cast member Faith Stowers in 2018 over a crime she did not commit. Boyens and Caprioni came under fire when past racist tweets resurfaced earlier this month.

During his show Wednesday, Cohen reiterated that he is only an executive producer of “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” and of “The Real Housewives” franchise.

He said he’s spoken with “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss, who gave him “some really fantastic suggestions for how we can move forward.”
