“He just tore me up,” Jackson told House colleague Rep. Jim Banks, R-Ind., during a podcast this week, noting that Obama accused him of being disloyal.

“An entire page about how disappointed he was in me and how it’s beneath me as a physician and beneath me as an officer in the military to be attacking Joe Biden like this. And it was a betrayal of the trust that he and his administration put in me and he was so disappointed in me and yada, yada,” Jackson, a former Navy doctor who worked in the George W. Bush and Donald Trump administrations, as well as for Obama.

“It was unbelievable,” he said.

“All I know is that he’s got age-related cognitive decline, right,” Jackson noted further regarding his assessment of Biden’s current mental status. “He is not mentally fit right now. He’s 78 years old and you can see it. You don’t need to be a physician to look at him and to look at his behavior and some of the other stuff, just the way he shuffles away, stares off into space.”

“I know what that job entails, both physically and mentally, and how demanding it is. And I can tell you right now, I’m 100% sure that Joe Biden is incapable of doing that job,” Jackson added.

Jackson has been calling for Biden to undergo a mental fitness exam for months.

“I think he’s demonstrating every single day that there is something going on,” he told Fox News in July.

“You don’t need to be a physician to look at this behavior and see there’s something concerning happening,” he said. “He’s just not aging gracefully at this point.”

“You can go back – there’s forty years of tape of this man – he’s always made gaffes and stuff but these are different, he’s confused, he’s disoriented,” he said.

“We all know people who are 100-years old, who basically are as sharp as a tack, and we know people who are in their mid-60’s that having some cognitive difficulties…and I think he’s on that end of the spectrum,” he said.

“I’m just asking them, when you do the physical exam include the cognitive assessment,” the Texas Republican added. “As far as I’m concerned the standard precedent has been set and they need to follow and do the same.”

“The far left and the mainstream media were demanding that be the new standard for anybody who’s going to lead our country and be our Commander-in-Chief and our head of state,” he noted further. “I’m just saying I agree with them at this point — we need to get it done.”

Biden, who is already the oldest president in history, celebrates his 79th birthday on Nov. 20.

On Tuesday, Jackson demanded that the White House conduct a mental fitness test on Biden and make the results public.

“Biden should’ve had a physical AND cognitive exam MONTHS ago. What are they hiding?? How bad will it have to get before they are forced to tell us the truth?”

He also called on Biden to undergo a mental fitness exam in June, noting that Democrats and critics of then-President Donald Trump continually accused him of being mentally unfit.

“When I was Physician to President Trump, the media relentlessly pushed a narrative that he needed a cognitive test. I administered the test and he excelled! Given the precedent set and President Biden’s CLEAR mental struggles, I believe it’s past time he take a cognitive test. I sent a letter to him saying just that!”
