Is Eagle Rare 10 year worth it?
Still, Eagle Rare 10 Year is enjoyable and would be great as a more wallet-friendly daily sipper (assuming you can find it at MSRP). Eagle Rare 10 for me is a step up from Wild Turkey 101 and Maker’s Mark in flavor and complexity, but its far from being a top shelf bourbon.

This shouldn’t come as much of a surprise seeing as how you're comparing a 10 year old $29 bourbon with a 17+ year old $80 bourbon. What you do receive with Eagle Rare 10 Year Single Barrel is a bourbon that’s an all-around great value for the price being charged, and one that you can’t go wrong with.
